My love for storytelling began early. When I was seven, I begged my dad for a typewriter and spent hours tapping out little stories, completely absorbed in the magic of the written word. That love never left me. Today, I channel it into helping authors shape, strengthen, and refine their stories with care and intention.
Since 2018, I’ve worked with both indie authors and writers preparing to pursue traditional publishing, supporting projects across genres including mystery, romance, speculative fiction, contemporary fiction, and memoir. I’ve guided manuscripts through every stage of the process, from early editorial assessments and developmental edits to line editing and final proofreading.
I believe editing should feel collaborative, not intimidating. My role isn’t to impose my voice on your work, but to help you tell your story more clearly and confidently.
To continually strengthen my craft, I’ve completed specialized coursework in editing and publishing, including a program with Julie Wallace, Executive Managing Editor and Copy Chief at Penguin Random House, through ELVTR. I also studied creative writing extensively in college and remain committed to staying current with publishing trends and best practices through ongoing education, conferences, and writing events such as Author Nation.
This foundation allows me to approach each manuscript thoughtfully, balancing industry standards with respect for the individuality of each writer and story.

As a writer myself, I understand how much vulnerability comes with sharing your work. Writing is a process. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and needing guidance along the way isn’t a weakness, it’s part of the journey.
I’m deeply mindful that many writers feel nervous handing their manuscript to an editor, especially if they’ve had a harsh or discouraging experience in the past. My goal is to create a judgment-free editing space where questions are welcome, learning is encouraged, and feedback is delivered with clarity, honesty, and care.
